Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product is defected, you may return the item within 10 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over 50 JOD within the country of Jordan. Orders under 50 JOD will be charged a rate based on the shipping governorate. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and delivery. International shipping is not currently available.
